I astral project all the time. I didn’t realize it until I got into my 40s. I had 3 separate spiritualist call it out immediately after being in my presence less than 5 min. They were actually quite impressed. I had one that said I travel to other dimensions and another that asked if I feel tired and exhausted even after sleeping 7 to 8 hours- and yes I do. She called me a light worker. Now I’m the point where I’m trying to do it consciously, so I can get a reign on my spiritual travels

I know readings are popular because everytime I see someone post they will do free readings, there are hundreds of ppl signing up saying me, me, me! But to this day I don't really understand why people want to get readings. Can someone please describe the benefits to me? I always thought that maybe one day if the time, situation and person felt right I would feel led to get one, but at almost 50 years old I have not yet felt led to receive a reading and whenever they are available I block myself from them.
