I've just picked up this game and played through the tutorials. I feel like the first campaign is a massive step up from the tutorials as I was at a bit overwhelmed! You're tutorials have helped me massively!

Couldn't agree more. When I played the tutorials through for the first time, I couldn't get my head round any of it. I did lots of reading up on Steam forums and reddit places and asked SO many questions. The campaigns also helped me work some stuff out. So pleased my videos are helping. I looked for other KZbinrs playing this at the time needing help and it fell so short. So of course I felt I needed to fill this void. 😃

When I first started the game, I thought I'd play the tutorials and campaigns in a day and then make a sandbox hospitals of my own and then ended up taking almost a week to finish the campaigns. In hindsight, I can see now that I thoroughly enjoyed the campaigns (except for C-2...it was annoying).

Wish you had early access to this game, the ones they gave it to seemed to have muddled thru it. Picked up few tips with yours.

It would have been nice. I have really enjoyed this game and then I got a bunch of requests to do a playthrough. So I decided to watch what other KZbinrs and Streamers had been producing and was fairly shocked by how many followed it and had early access and yet still seemed pretty much unaware of how to play. :O I also noticed that many couldn't do the campaigns, it was really odd. So yeah, I decided I would do a series and try to fill gaps with how to play it. XD I hope it helps anybody interested in wanting to know more on how to play and achieve. :)

Do the prefab layouts come with all the extra yellow items or do you need to add them?

Generally no. They tend to cover what they need and a little extra so they don't look to sparse but I have noticed that in the lab prefabs, some non-essential machines are missing that unlock new tests and new beneficial items like the whiteboard for quick differentials haven't been added. I think they do it to keep them cheaper to place and don't update them. They are good for learning the game, seeing examples and getting something up and running quickly. ^^
