My grandparents sailed past the blaskets back in 2009. The weather was foul and the waves were rough, but they made it through.

@@Theladytravels oh, yes it was. They successfully made it to Dingle, where they spent a good ten days recovering from the vigorous passage, before eventually moving on to the Kenmare River down south.

The Skelligs get all the spotlight because of Star Wars, but for me i'll prefere the Blaskets all the time. As they say: "True Irish"!

Let me retract my earlier comment; it was a little harsh😁. The video footage and content is very good. My recommendation is that someone else should do the narration, but it terms of video footage and general information; it's a good video.
