I found using two golden balls that circle around you as prayer to be the easiest way. Not only does it deal damage (even while you aren't attacking) but it also protects you against the electric purple balls that follow you.

Man I had to learn how to dodge each move and even then the damn wind would push me exactly where I didn’t want to be. Used the life steal prayer as he’s slithering back to make up for it and found my self with extra flask by the end of the fight

if it's your second run maybe its because of the penance that regenerates fervour , because when activated the mea culpa only does half the damage

faster method use the rosary bead that increase your attack speed at low health(a red bottle), the increased damage bead who is a hairball, the mea culpa heart who increase your damage at low hp, the prayer of god mode, and the rosary who increase the casting speed of prayers that snake dies in a matter of seconds just keep your eyes always open when the prayer is about to end and recast it again because one hit and your dead this setup is the most damaging but also the most tricky because you will die with 1 hit if you miss casting the prayer this works with any penitence but with the true guilt its gold

God that boss is so boring... It just has WAAAAAAAAAY too much health. I beat it yesterday with the one NG+ thingies where you only have the droplets of health. It's not that it's a hard boss, just waaaaay too spongy.

Nice fight strat but, tbh, it would be rather useless in the final boss rush against this boss, you can change the beads but having to use all your bile flasks and fervor just makes this a very unreliable tactic, if you fight Sierpes in the story ok, in boss rush, very meh tbh, still good job tho

@@andijosh4771 It's not easy but it gets a lot easier after the first couple of hours. Then it's "pretty OK" until you start tackling the DLC stuff which is hard. I don't consider myself very good at games in general but I have managed to100% this game.
