Tomokazu Sugita (Ragna's voice actor) has already commented upon the "curse" of cinematic adaptions of game series. He also pretty much rallied the other voice actors/actressess with the words that they should do their best to "break that curse"... I'm keeping my thumbs crossed, but The Grudge has taught me that some curses are hard to break.

This trailer is AWESOME! Just one problem: I only saw Noel once. I expect to see her as many times as I see Ragna, and one more time than I see Jin. Those are my Noel visual rate expectations, and they have not been met. However, that epic Ragna vs Nu fight scene makes up for it.

Wait so this is basically the anime version of Blazblue... I wonder if they will only do the events of Calamity Trigger or they'll do that and Continuum Shift? I am excited but hopefully they'll be able to focus every character's stories and provide us with decent action... It will probably get only 12-13 episodes or less though :(

Hmmm i don't think the animation is right in this... at 1:05 Ragna "dodged" a projectile while clearly swinging his sword horizontally not vertically which means he is not performing carnage scissors and therefore does not have any invincibility frames. More importantly why didn't Ragna get hit by Nu-13 for a 45 hit combo there? Also at 0:36 noels revolver blast should not launch her backwards after its use, how the heck is she supposed to combo!? Anime needs a balancing patch. 0:43 FABULOUS!!!
