Noel is easily a perfect example of how to make a character with guns in a fighting game, she has a wide moveset giving her lots of options and is insanely versatile up close while also having some good range options but not making them overpowered so she doesn't require to be at distance to be effective, plus having decent mobility that while not amazing can be unpredictable and lead to insane combos, where as someone like Nu is a bit different, relying on ranged options to be at peak efficiency, back to Noel she is a good character in gameplay that isn't insanely hard to pick up but has a high skill peak that rewards a skilled player who puts a lot of time into her, but while she is good she has her fair share of weaknesses to balance her out like Chain Revolvers long start up for example giving her some balancing, while compared to someone like Jin she doesn't require as much skill but requires a lot more skill then the likes of Es or Nu (If you play Nu as a zoner). Overall, Noel is a good character and anyone who plays her has my respect. Oh yes and I like the song.
