One more thing, I could've sworn that he had an interaction with Rachel but trying and trying again and it seems that I was wrong but still I'm not so sure. Would apreciatte if someone could enlight me on this matter, thanks.
These interactions are from ACT 3. I was unaware of the ACT thing at the moment I made the video so I may have missed a couple of interactions.
This is a true monster that only see people as objects for valuable research and nothing more. No one is the exception not even his own wife, daughter and son. Love his moveset and themes but stay away from Makoto you bastard!

What makes Relius such a wonderful villain is that everyone despises to be looked by him. God or human they feel disgusted and fearful of him.

And non-humans as well. Hazama, a vessel without feelings even feels creeped out by Relius' look. And no one can control him. Valkenhayn in his good days was the only one that could be a threat to him. Everyone should be grateful that he is not that active like Terumi.

Just change the system voice in the Game options. Not all of them speak everything on english though.
