Speaking of Taxi missions, one way i used to pass the time and make that boring mission go faster was to come up with a stories about the pedestrians i was picking up. Based on the ped themselves, the time, where they were going and where they were being picked up. Like if it was an old woman ped, asking to go to a strip club and 5:00, my headcanon is she got a phone call her husband was there and went to get him. A construction worker asking to go to Greasy Joe's at 1 is probably on his lunch break

Actually, I think Sandking is the rarest in GTA SA, as it appears only once in the entire save file, and it has less chance of spawning, and also, it's probably the best offroad vehicle!

In San Andreas I'd say the rarest is Euros which only spawns in Pharaoh hotel in LV at the time it is on the list for export. Also there's Phoenix which you cannot find anywhere but only on a race in SF.

Thank you! The Euros was the hardest for me to find. To be fair, most players probably never tried to ace driving school. So a good chunk of players possibly never knew the hotknife existed. Just as well, I realized that even though I've unlocked it dozens of times, I don't think I've ever sat in one. Shit's ugly.

Euros can be stolen at pyramid hotel in Las Venturas when thrid car list is activated.

There is another way to get a Phoenix. It's the Story Mission 'a Home in the Hills' where you have to storm Madd Dogg's Mansion and take it Back from the Vagos. The Drug Lord, 'Big Papa' will try to escape in a Phoenix. During the chase, If you're able to trap the car & somehow stop it, you can shoot him in the head. The Driver door will open and he will fall out. The Phoenix is yours for the taking..

Fun fact:did you know that if you go to san venturas in the stadium and finish the mission called *kickstart*you will resive a truck that was a rally truck and its 4Wheel drive and its name of the vehicle is the dune and it will spawn again if you lost it and ass well AI CAN drive the car so thats it but this is important*note* the vehicle is only can be spawn in gta san andreas only.

​@@kishorepathak6984It's a bit tricky to get, but what you have to do is get a heavy vehicle like a Firetruck and park diagonally in the roadway so the Cheetah collides and goes inside of where your safe house is. Push the car into the garage and wait until the mission fails and then it should be stored.

In GTA 3 the rarest vehicle is boat Ghost wchich is available only in mission gone Fishing and can't be stolen in garage because after getting to garage game will freeze. In Gta Vice City Spand Express is maybe rarer then hearse. It can be get only in missions Jury Fury and Riot. San Andreas has a lot of rare vehlices and some of them can't be get like Andromada, FBI Truck, RC Cam and Utitilty Trailer. Euros can be get at pyramid hotel in Las Venturas when third car list is activated. Phoenix can be get by failing San Fierro Hills race or killing Big Poppa through windscrenn in msiion A Home In Hills. In GTA 4 one of the rarest car is Futo GT but it appears random on roads. In GTA 5 cargo plane is rare but it appears in mission Minor Turbulance but can't be stored.

Usually spawns in San Fierro and Venturas along the strip. Don't worry, I thought it was a rare vehicle because the only time I ever saw one was during the mission where you take back the mansion for Madd Dogg, as Big Poppa drives away in one.
