Gta IV was originally supposed to have 3 playable characters but the limitations of the console and Rockstars lack of understanding of the consoles , they couldn't do it, so they broke the game up into DLC's which is why both DLC'S are directly intertwined with the main game

1:11 The police car was going to be released with blue but it was changed due to the that incident 4:03 Honestly, I'm happy with the final animation then whatever this is 4:56 I find it funny that Rockstar only redesigned Kendl's cutscene model, while her in-game model was not Fun Fact: the Grove Street Families were going to be orange but it was changed, but Rockstar forgot to change the characters dialogues, if you listen to CJ or the fams carefully, they'll say "OGS" or "Orange Grove" when representing to themselves

The Beta version of GTA games was better than the final version, They had lots of ideas like for GTA 5 Rockstar were planning to add a crawling mode but they abandoned the idea finally, too bad.

​@@BlaZe92About Dense Vegetation in GTA V it's true Rockstar Games have initially planned to put Dense Vegetations in Countryside of the map but they have abandoned the idea due to X360 and PS3 limitations at the time but for the Enhanced version for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S they should have done it, it's a shame anyway because nowadays it's easy for consoles to run this 😅

Crawling mode would've been pointless to be honest, they added a stealth option in GTA V and it is only effective in 2 missions, it was such a pointless addition when you can't really use it to it's full potential.

i think the gta5 horses would have been brought over from rdr since it would have been a easy implementation since it was already developed, maybe it was removed since it didnt really make sense and would have been too much added work ontop of what was already planned
