I find it really interesting that in GTA I (?) you get criminal record. I think it may be cool, if Devs would keep using it and base "get out of jail" fee size based on crimes you've commited during last "Stars" sequence. Also, if they shoot you it would count both as being wasted+being busted (because in current state it almost always better to be killed by cops, rather being caught). Some similar thing could be used with being wasted - like, if you've been wasted, medical treatment price would be based on fatal injuries you've got (like got hit with a car or car ran you over, you were shot, got headshot or punched etc).

Honestly, I have never owned nor played GTAs 1, 2, London 1969. San Andreas, Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories, Chinatown Wars, and Advance. I have owned but never played GTAs Lost And Damned, and The Ballad Of Gay Tony. But I have owned and played GTAs 3, Vice City, 4, and 5. And quite honestly enough, I have never beaten these games either. I did well in GTA 3 and getting a little better in Vice City, only for it to come up short for months. I only played Vice City almost two years ago in order to honor the memory of Burt Reynolds, who voiced Avery Carrington.
