I'm confused about how to make the best of my freeplay. I've noticed that a lot of people add cash to the machine as well as freeplay. Is this because you can't earn tier points on your player's card if you don't have some of your own cash in the machine?

Most Casino's require you to put some money in the machine for you to use your freeplay. It will not use your money you added until you are out of freeplay dollars. Once you are out of freeplay dollars you can cash out and are not required to use your money or the credits you won with freeplay. Hope this helps. 😊

I've heard of some people who run their freeplay through a video poker machine because the payout percentage is so high. Then they take their cash, after they've run through the freeplay, and run the cash through their favorite slot. They can then earn player points to increase their rewards. I should probably say that I want to step up my tier points to get the next level, but I believe I can only do that with cash, not freeplay.

@@Tlbj2022 Video Poker does a a high % payout. That is a creative idea. I like it. If you check out @GambleTheGlobe he has some videos on how to increase your tier points. He is a great guy. At most casinos your freeplay does not increase your tier points. Plaza in Las Vegas is one of the few exceptions. But , whatever you win from your freeplay, and if you play those credits won. You will receive tier points for those credits because it is considered cash at that point.

Blazing 7s is about the most volatile machine I play. Just have to have a lot of money and play a long time, or like myself just play the $1 version @ $3 per spin, many more spins than $15 per spin. Just my opinion of course.
