also, "mod" menus are actually glitch menus more than anything, there's a glitch which allows you to use a custom character in any level

The memories- This makes me want to take time out of my day to go buy a ps3 so I can feel the childhood nostalgia of playing with random people. Though, most of the time people would just take you into random bad community levels or ask you to help them beat the story levels. It still counts though.

Unfortunately, the PS3 servers for LBP games shut down late last year. The only way to dive-in and play with random people nowadays is with LBP3 on PS4/PS5.

@@BlazingVictini22 Oh I didnt know, thats really sad.. when I was younger I used to play on ps3 because we had the same one for a couple of years - I think the best part about LBP was the dive in because if you ever got bored you could just go meet some random people. Good to see some of the community is still thriving though!

The mod menu that guy had is a thing you can get from a level, but there's a glitch where the mod menu randomly goes away, the mod menu also goes away when you exit the game and go back.

Man im glad people like you still play this game, i grew up playing lbp3 playing with random people all the time, I just miss the golden days when I turned on my ps4 after a long day at school getting bullied and all sort of stuff, To finish my storylines and have fun and play all night until 2am.. Everyone always hates on this game because of how buggy it is but that doesn’t change the fact that I had so much fun with my friends with the bugs/glitches especially how if you beat the game and go back to a previous cut scene, before you go in the portal you can add loads of props onto your character and you’ll see it in the cutscene, my favourite was definitely adding loads of acorns onto the big/small guy and then going into the cutscene to see hundreds of acorns flying about as he jumps, this could possibly be a video idea but idk.

Fun fact: the mod menu doesn’t require any outside software to be installed in order to work. It works entirely in-game using exploits to bring these features. You can simply find the correct level and you’ll get it. Not that I’m saying you should get a mod menu or encouraging people to do it, but it shows just how neglected LBP3 and LBP in general is as a franchise. In GTA, at least you need to download an actual mod to break the game.
