I want to do these but I have absolutely NO idea what to charge! No one says how much they charge for these for whatever reason and the couple I gave bids to say I was way to high. I just want to know a rough estimate or ball park for lets say bleachers of the size in this video
@powerfulimprovements5 ай бұрын
Figure out your process, method. Estimate how long a small section will take you. Multiply that time out. Decide how much you want per hour. Add it up. It doesn’t mattter if you’re not getting the work if you’re doing it for peanuts. What I charged really isn’t relevant. You need to be profitable

It probably wouldn't hurt if they drilled holes closer to the backsides of the steps, in front of the riser part. But man, that'd be a ridiculous amount of drilling and super time consuming. The water doesn't have anywhere to go, much less the trash. Great job.

Ball valve rinse might have sped up the rinse portion a bit. Great video! Loved seeing that muck come off that metal. I cleaned a Texas Roadhouse roof a few weeks ago and it was similar in satisfaction of seeing it come clean. Ended up using a degreaser i wasn't familiar with to cut the grease on the roof and after having some great results for the first few sections, i decided to make a little hotter mix and it ended up turning the metal roof a blue/black color. Thankfully some steel wool and some elbow grease was able to correct it.

That’s always scary. I was hesitant to use any on this aluminum just for that reason. Would have oxidation for sure

@@powerfulimprovements I agree. And although scrubbing helped, it wasn't 100 percent effective. There was still a bit of discoloration. Luckily it was only 4 panels and they weren't very visible from the ground.

@@vansage2691 that's just what guys with only 1 pwasher and 1 - 12v pump say. Unfortunately the 2nd pressure washer for a 2nd man ends up being the back up unit for the 1st one when it goes down and you say to yourself....hmmm I should stay up all night and fix it, Nah...I will just use the 2nd pwasher until I have more time on my hands. Our story....we installed a 3rd pwasher (or 2nd back up unit, lol). When all equipment is performing like intended, it's a Great experience. 1 - 10gpm pwasher, 1 - 7gpm pwasher, 1 - 5.5gpm pwasher, Comet P40 (not only for roofs pump), and the 12volt 5.5gpm chem transfer pump/soft wash pump for small stuff. All on a 12' flatbed. Life is Great when everything functioning properly, Life is still above average when 1 or 2 things break. Lol

Why? Simply put your tip onto a wand and plug your wand directly into the ball valve using a 1/4 to 3/8 reducer or adapter (whatever it's technically called). We did away with trigger guns a couple years ago. Some will say it's too risky to do that however what would the difference be with an open gun vs. open ball valve. None
