I am an ESL teacher. I have listened to Blended Language Learning and the Flipped Classroom for just under ten minutes while reading the accompanying text. On various occasions the text bears no relation to the spoken word at all. I suspect it has been written by attaching the speaker to a computer that can convert voice to text without human interference. This technique has been around for a while and is constantly improving but the text still needs editing by a live person. Unfortunately your text has not been edited and at times is absolute nonsense. It is such a shame that a well regarded organisation such as yours has not made the effort to check what they put on the net. May I suggest that you get someone to edit all your transcripts as they listen to the words actually spoken.

Hi Deborah, Thank you for your comment. The transcription/caption service is an automatic function which is provided by KZbin and not by Cambridge University Press. Unfortunately the automation of this KZbin service does sometimes result in inaccuracies. All the best, Cambridge University Press
