Evee does do it because it only renders what's visible, but that also means that as soon as an object leaves the camera it doesn't produce shadows and reflections. That might be improved in the latest version of Evee, I'm not sure.

Any eevee solutions? I see a lot of cycle tips, but few eevee. very few online.
