When I see that, I'm starting to see why some people prefer Blender to 3Ds O_o This brush system looks quite easier and faster than zbrush + 3ds, at least for low poly game assets! Well, very nice work! I love this style :)

I suggest you paint a circle of dirt around the object in contact with grass using a soft brush. It's not much but it adds a lot of realism to the overall look.

It uses an animated texture and deformed UV's. Is quite simple to make, just google or search here in KZbin "BGE animated texture".

Looks great but I would improve the ground detail by using a splat map instead of a single texture using RGBA.

Yep, it will look better with maps, but this level is designed for mobile devices, so we can't use maps.. :(

Hi Henrik We use splat maps to increase texture details on our iOS and Android games with Unity. You can use 4 tile-able textures and the shader maps these red channel, green channel, blue channel and Alpha it looks great

I thought you couldn't use particle systems in the game engine.. but does this mean it's possible to at least scatter things around the "level" when building it? But that you can't spawn particles or use them dynamically or whatever while you're playing?

After creating particles, I just converted them all to model.. so there is no any particles in game engine.. just models..

Please Someone Help me; I'm running an AMD 4-core supped up tower, OS Ubuntu Studio, and an Nvidia 560. But now my GLSL speed drop to 2 FPS when I was doing 60+ after I upgraded to a newer blender then 2.69 that came with Ubuntu Studio, even after removing and going bake to 2.69 I still have a supper slow computer using GLSL shader even in 3d view port. Any one ever have this happen or have any recommendations?

Laranja Verde I don 't use chrome. I don't trust it, so I use IE, which is proven the #1 browser for security. These days, I use what has the best security, given all the hackers out there.
