Keep up these simple guides for BBIM newbies. Would advise less weird vfx overlays as it pulls attention from whats being described ✌️

Yeah, I thought my LSD trip was weird. But hey, I didn`t took any.

Hey, thank you very much for the feedback. So less vfx. Noted, I'll try to implement that in future videos. There are 2 or 3 already in the pipeline already edited though so, I'm sorry for that.

Get ready for the next 3 ones, but after that I'll try to cut out from them. You can help me even more by give me some specific examples with minutes in the video, that are annoying. I would really appreciate that.

@@BIMvoice For starters, do not use any fx effects if they do not serve a specific narrative purpose. Non, nada, not a bit. Just don’t. 00:42 change to inverted colors - why? 01:16 grunge texture like in old films - why? Is there a narrative view back to the good old days? 01:34 color distortion fields on you face - why? First thought was is the video corrupted? 02:02 inverted colors again, but changing and even more annoying - why? 02:23 Video artifact stripes - why? 02:50 animated grungy flickering - why? 03:16 inverted colors but now with glow effect - why? 03:46 a palm leave shadow - wtf? 04:19 animated wavy fx which completely distorts the video - EMOTIONAL DAMAGE! 04:47 some other wavy stuff - why? 05:17 fire flakes - some romance never hurts? 05:37 rain effect - are you serious? 05:46 error effect - well that’s is actually the only effect which makes sense. The sound might be a bit too loud though I like to watch your videos. Sometimes I even learn something. But remember who your audience is. Mostly people with an architecture or engineering background interested in open source software to make their professional life easier. We don’t like overly fancy useless stuff. Leave that to the marketing department from Au*oDe*k. Concentrate on copy writing, deep content and clear explanations with good 3D examples. Try to break down complex workflows into easy to understand chunks. That’s all we (well mostly I) want.

Why all the unnecessary effects? Cra*y. Mess up very fine information.
