for people who just started out. i don't recommend you to use any add-ons at start they don't give you any real new skills. learn the tools in blender to do what the add-on do then use add-ons to make your work faster and less repeated. don't use add-ons that do things you don't know how it works

This is why to me Blender is superior to any modeling company. Because of the constant add ons and updates which makes Blender closer to totally beating Maya and other 3d model programs that cost an arm and a leg from your next life.

To an extent yes, i think blender is the best if you want to make a thing, then rig it and put a material on it and animate it and stuff. But when it comes to features like simulations others definitely do it better. Like JangaFX products magically simulating in real time somehow, and Houdini sims being industry leading. But there’s also other FREE stuff that does better jobs, I used UE5 to render a video that would have taken like 17 hours or something (going from how long each frame took to render 😭) in 20 seconds with the same quality it’s insane.

hey i got virus from the rig creator link ... and the website has red flag in virus total (edited [24/07/26] yeah the virus got quarantined by windows defender and removed it but not sure if its false positive ) i tested today and there is no virus
