Thank you soooo much, dear Thomas!! Sorry for the late reply, there is just tooooooo much going on. In a good way, yet i wish i had more time for my yt-friends and for watching their videos... Having finished the 2nd month of being in my new location i still have a lot of boxes standing unpacked, as i prefer to go out and enjoy nature and my new garden😄Evening walks with my husband are a new feature, which we both enjoy a lot too. Well, the "walks" inevitebly end up sitting in a rose field after a few minutes, enjoying stunning sunset skies from just a few steps away from our house or thunderstorms from our verandah. That is quite a collection of birds Ma. Did not know all the names, but most were al least familiar for me. Greetings from a cold Holland

On the tree we had Ringnecks, Magpie Robins (also under the tree), Coppersmith Barbet, a female Golden Oriole, Spotted Dove, Indian Grey Hornbill, Cinereous Tit, a juvenile Brahminy Kite, Red-whiskered Bulbul, Great Grey Heron, Purple-rumped Sunbird. In the tree trunk and old branches Jungle Mynas, Little Green Barbet and Coppersmith Barbet are nesting. The Goldenback comes only for foraging, as this tree is easily subject to termites. i had to leave out the Yellow-billed Babblers, Pond Herons, White-throated Kingfishers, Ioras, Flowerpeckers, Warblers, adult Brahminy Kites, Koels, Cormorants, all those birds, that take a high seat there or forage in the flowers. Then, the Little Egrets, Night Herons, Purple Heron, Moorhens, Little Grebes, Ducks, who are fishing at the lakeshore where this tree stands. And there are the omnipresent Striped Squirrels... did you see those on your trip too? Thank you for your visit, hot greetings from India💚❤Ma

Let me put it like this: i think you'd rather get Paul to play for your plants than grow a Delonix regia from a graft. They sprout from seeds most easily, and i would love to send you some... yet if anything grows from them, they'd be doomed to early death in a European winter. Saaaaag mal, was fällt dir denn ein, mich zu besuchen, wenn ich grade gestern auf die Idee km, dich mal wieder zu kontaktieren und das heute machen wollte. Hä? Süße, ich hoffe bei dir ist alles okayyyy... bei uns hat sich so viel getan: Seit 1 Monat wohnen wir mitten in Salat und Gemüse, in einem kleinen Häuschen, von einer lieben Seele nur für meinen Co und mich allein gebaut. Ist ja allerhand los in dem roten Baum, aber die Käuzlein wohnen auf der anderen Seite des Teiches in einem Banyanbaum. Kleinen Nachteulen sitzen jetzt öfter mal 10 Meter weit von meinem Küchenfenster entfernt und begrüßen mich mit Tönen des Missfallens, wenn ich morgens um 4 Licht anmache. Also koch' ich meinem Tee im Finstern, um sie nicht mit zu hellen Fenstern zu misshandeln. Leider liegen ihre Tagesruhestätten unzugänglich hinter hohen Mauern eines Nachbargrundstücks versteckt. Aber sonst ist alles in bester Ordnung. Nur etwas zu heiß (34° jetzt, 18 Uhr 12) 💜💜💜Ma

Yes, this tree is very generous, pleasing to the ee when it blooms, their soft wood good for cave breeders like woodpeckers and barbets, the flowers food for many birds and even squirrels. Vielen, vielen Dank für deinen lieben Besuch, Bruder Gregorius! Ja, es geht uns gut und wir sind überglücklich, der engen Stadtnachbarschaftsatmosphäre, wo ständig aller Augen und Stimmen auf dich gerichtet sind, entkommen zu sein. Hier können wir einfach von der Haustür aus loswandern, durch Felder und Brachlandschaft, unter weitem Himmelszelt, und die Landwirte/-innen ringsum haben mit der Feldwirtschaft so viel zu tun, dass sie sich gar nicht um viel anderes kümmern können und wollen. Mein Lieblingssee, von dem auch diese Aufnahmen stammen, ist jetzt nur 2 km entfernt, mit dem Rad schnell erreichbar. Ideal! Allerdings bekommen wir auch zu spüren, dass wir hier, ohne Häuser um uns herum, Wind und Wetter sehr intensiv ausgesetzt sind... aber gesünder als in Kabelsalat und neben Sendetürmen zu wohnen ist das allemal. Auch wenn es manchmal ins Bett regnet😅Ich drücke dich ganz kräftig und wünsche dir und Sylvia immerdar Alles Gute💖Ma

Sending you wet and stormy hugs from home. We had 2 hours of thunderstorm. Rain came in under my door, although there are 4 meters of roofing in front! The gale blew 6 of my potted trees off my veranda wall... only one pot broke and no plant was harmed. But i am afraid the beautiful red bloom will be totally gone from the lovely Delonix tree. i am glad i went there this morning for a lst glimpse. And i met some peacocks too, near the road. i hope your Sunday was a happy and successful one too! Love and Blessings💖Ma

@@AndreaNature i love thunderstorms mainly for their cleansing and tension-releasing effect. But their very best feature is that they mostly bring rains, and i LOVE rain. i forgot to tell you that the raptor you asked about is a young Brahminy Kite. The clip is from last year, when the Kite couple of the lake raised 2 chicks. One went of, this one stayed and is showing a full coat of grown-up feathers. Still favours the same tree😊

Ich find's auch immer erstaunlich, dass Bäume solche Blütenpracht hervorbringen können, wenn es so heiß und trocken ist! Ich glaube, wir bewegen uns jetzt aber auf Regenzeiten zu und dann ist es wohl vorbei mit der Schönheit. Dann bleibe ich zu Hause und pflege meine Blumentöpfe und unterhalte mich mit den Bachstelzen und Käuzen. Vielleicht demnächst sogar mit Pfauen... Liebe Grüße💖Ma

@@einufo Keine "eigenen", wilde welche! Die kommen schon bis auf 50 Meter ans Haus ran. Ich werde mir wohl auf meinen Spaziergängen durch die Felder ein paar Erdnusskerne und Mais einstecken. Die zahmen Pfauen im Hamburger Zoo waren da ganz wild drauf.
