레비스탕스의 첫 번째 찬송가 싱글앨범! ‘예수로 나의 구주 삼고’ (새찬송가 288장)
오랜 세월에 걸쳐 한결같이 사랑을 받는 찬송곡들이 있다. 평생을 장님으로 살며 수많은 명시와 찬송을 작사한 패니 크로스비 여사(Fanny J. Crosby)의 “예수로 나의 구주 삼고”가 바로 그것이다. 1873년 뉴욕시의 작은 골방에서 탄생한 이 곡은 작년, 출시 150주년을 맞이했다. 이후 오늘날까지도 씨씨 와이너스(Cece Winans), 캐리 언더우드(Carrie Underwood), 제레미 리들(Jeremy Riddle)과 같은 저명한 찬양 사역자들과 예배팀에 의해 불리워졌다.

전 세계의 수많은 크리스천에게 너무도 익숙한 후렴의 가사 속에, 주님을 만나 변화된 모든 성도들의 간증이 담겨있다. 레비스탕스의 이번 싱글 앨범 안에는 멤버들 한 사람 한 사람의 이야기가 들어있다. 세상이 주는 안락함과 성공을 택하지 않고 주님만을 예배하기로 자신들의 삶을 헌신해 드린 멤버들의 간증을 담은 이번 음원을 통하여, 이를 듣는 누군가의 삶에도 그들과 같은 간증이 생기는 은혜의 통로가 될 것이다.
