There should more mini"levy villages" like this in other towns in Zimbabwe.the roads are decent, enough shops and amenities so people don't have commute to other major towns or cities

I am surprised at the development that has taken place at Sam Levy's Village. I only recognise 5% of what you showed. All the trees and plants are now grown up and big. This shopping zone is way better than many malls I have been in in South Africa. Well done Sam Levy. Thanks for the video.

Stop lying lol, unless you talking about run down California, Detroit etc. We should stop praising the bare minimum. Infrastructure yakavakwa nguva ya Smith, why can’t Zim councils make or even barely maintain anything without private individuals intervening?

@@rachaelrae4532 I really can't stand those people and the chaos they create in the CBD. Maybe someone needs to present this idea to the powers that be? You never know, it might be possible for this to happen.

Very few people actually afford to go and dine or buy stuff there. It gives you a clearer glimpse of the ratio of the haves and have not in Zimbabwe. Unlike in other countries like Namibia, Botswana or South Africa the average Zimbabwean doesn't go to shop in the malls.
