This is straight up their defining album. This is the album that really projected them into the spotlight they had. Hollow Bodies was the end of their era in my opinion and it was their peak. Their last two albums haven't had much hype honestly and I've been a fan since Craig was in this band. I am literally the biggest Blessthefall fan that ever lived I could literally be their new front man I know all their lyrics to every single song they wrote front to back but Witness will always be their #1 album fuck any sales on any other album. Real BTF fans know this is the album that deserves all recognition. Long live Blessthefall. PS I sure hope they get back together because whether or not they write any other bomb ass albums that could try and surpass Witness I will always keep up with their music if they decide to make more of it.

This song is actually a response to The Devil Wears Prada's song Dez Moines, which is directed at Blessthefall. Which is why they named the song God Wears Gucci, closely relevant to TDWP. The song's (Dez Moines) first line is "Fall to your knees, accomplishing nothing." and as you can see in these lyrics Beau responds "Fall to my knees is what you told me." These bands are/were in some sort of dispute and got personal in these songs. Just thought i'd clear that up.
