Thanks for taking us along! Not a big fan of two slabs of leather at the front, nor of unfinished edges inside... Missed opportunity in my book. The design is quite nice.

Thanks for the comment! So do you prefer a free swinging flap of leather rather than the buckles on front? My buddy has a Ruitertassen like that and loves it (has two magnets embedded I think) and I have a Shinola Canfield Messenger like that which also looks great. I think the unfinished inside is more of a "here's a bag we can sell at the $300 price point" rather than them saying "here's our best design." I could be wrong! Cheers, mate!

@@rockymtnstyle I bought it three months ago and have only used twice. It is not big enough for my daily carry. The size is a bit feminine, and that's why I am thinking about an upgrade.

Another nice video. Albeit being well made and rugged, I find leather bags rather heavy in general. I also loved your vid on the Thursday’s leather duffle (with the shoe compartment) as well. Well made and functional, but then again that’s a leather bag and find it heavy for travel where i want to be as lightweight as possible on all things i carry and not want to fatigue myself out (esp in airports etc). your thoughts?

Hey, Marv! Thank you so much. I agree 100%. They are heavy and not really the most optimal or efficient way to carry your stuff around. Just like with the clothing/style I've selected for myself, I'd probably be more comfy/warmer/etc with Nike shoes, a sweatshirt, and sweatpants, but I'm willing to accept a little discomfort in the name of style. That's how I feel about leather bags. Not the BEST bag for the job, but the RIGHT bag for the job. :) Thanks for the comment!

@@rockymtnstyle True…very true. I find myself leaning both sides often. And TBH, I also lean often toward wanting to look stylish instead of comfortable. I absolutely agree with accepting some discomfort in the name of style. 👍 Have a good one.
