I agree with you and use the duplicate probes on my setup. As you highlighted, it isn't very expensive to just buy an extra probe and it's easy to just switch out the 3.5 mm plugs.

Is the brew commander probe an NTC probe? Will it work with the Inkbird ipb-16s? Will the inkbird ipb-16s probe work with the brew commander bulkhead and thermowell?
