There’s already quite a lot Korean restaurant in Selangor and KL area. Some are Halal, some waiting for Halal cert, and some are not. Since Malaysia is a very diverse country, restaurants other than Malaysian can be seen in the Mall or near the streets in Selangor and KL but a few only at other states.
