16:30 wait what he went to bed at 11:30pm and woke at 12:30am?? So he slept for an hour a day for a long period of time and was able to work and study well??? Doesn't sound very believable especially from someone who studied psychology and should understand the immense importance of sleep? Like i understand some people may sleep 4 or 5 hours and even that for me would be quite difficult but only 1hr?? idk about that haha
