It's about the illiad, an ancient greek Epic poem that tells about the Trojan war and the ten year siege of the city of troy

The Iliad poem says or suggsts that Rome was founded by the sons of those who escaped the Fall of Troy, including Paris. Which is why the song says that revenge will be taken by Rome, much later, in the form of the Roman empire.
