One of the most underrated band of the 90s the lyrics of their songs means so much to me it helps me a lot in my ups n downs they r musically n lyrically genius their everything the vox, axe, four strings n skins everything r fantastic...n never forget one thing that "Life Is Hard, We Have To Change"...

Brad Smith, the bass player, is a fucking GOD, .. for putting up with Shannan's bullshit, and for singing along with him

Never understood how No Rain was their big hit and not Tones of Home.

Agreed 100 percent. It's catchy though.. and easy to listen too. Music for The Masses, as Depeche Mode once mocked.. But Paper Scratcher too, for that matter, could/should have been a huge hit. Maybe we think too much.. lol. At least Change got good radio play. It really is a timeless classic.

Can't imagine this man as an old person because we die young
@maryelizabeth1443 Жыл бұрын
Huh? No, we don't all die young. He's not here, so of course it's hard to imagine what he'd be like. I personally would've loved to see what he could have done musically...

September 27, 1995.. it's the last filmed concert with Shannon... he passed away three weeks after this show.

Shannon was like that goof we all know, who despite their nonsense you know is going far. The Shannonesque character from my town went into the Obama Whitehouse!
