Sure hope the next worlds don’t undo that 😊

Honestly, stars such as Agreable Bloom C are the reason I absolutely love watching stuff from this ROM hack. In the meantime, Pressure Cove S is one where I almost wanted to skip until the good attempt. And he left the star very fast. Pressure Cove 2 kind of surprised. First of all by being so high on the tier list. Like, of course this is one of the hardest jumps so far, but even then, I wouldn't have imagined it being on the harder half of the tier list. This said, I remember seeing this jump in a ROM hack long ago (said ROM hack is apparently Kaizo Mario Galaxy 2), and I always wondered why I didn't see it more often. It turns out people hate it. Rainbow Sidewalk S sounds annoying. Just getting back to the star takes more than two minutes. Again, while the concept is neat, I've never been a fan of big, pretty much empty places (or at least places that feel like it). Snowstorm 1/S now is really teaching you sometimes new. I had no idea you could do this. This was a really pleasant surprise. Also, while I knew about it, I'm pretty sure a lot of people didn't know the sling star place even existed. It respects the spirit of the ROM hack quite a lot. To finish, I expected Yggdrasil 2 to be harder. Like, I thought it would be a version of the slide he would give up on at the end of the video. To be fair, I expected it to have a lot of modifications. Its star name is fantastic, by the way.

If hes already had nearly 1000 deaths in the first 3 worlds i cant even imagine how ridiculous the rest of the mod will be, much less endgame. Im so glad jhay is here to suffer for me cause theres no shot i could do a playthrough of blue eclipse. Id probably give up on the first star 😭

Frankly in my opinion, I’m not a big fan of kaizo mods that limit visibility for 4 reasons 1. Limiting visibility is a cheap and superficial method of increasing difficulty that turns any potential skill challenge to a memory game. 2. It’s not fun to watch 3. It doesn’t look fun to play. 4. U can pretty much accomplish the same effect with a blindfold. (Edit: I found a fifth reason… it’s cliché, there are too many Kaizo mods that feel like they ran out of ideas too early by putting filters on the screen to blind u.) but I should also mention that I really do appreciate the modding community for Galaxy bc I have so much content to watch, my only gripe is with limiting visibility.

I do not love limit visibility neither tbh, but it's hard to find good stuff for some levels. Freezy Flake has nothing I can do with it and it was normally the only level with it, so I had no problem with that one - for the Slide, I think it's honestly fine. Memory game for the slide is, imo, a fun challenge and Jhay really liked it. It's not blindfolded as you can see a bit in front of you, I strongly disagree - try the slie in my mod and blindfolded, I can swear it wouldn't be the same. Tho, I agree - that's why I gave that name to the slide. Other ideas didn't work, so I had to do that. I don't really re-use that gimmick of making you blind (I kinda do with a level, but it's not this way - I also do with Slipsand, but it's not too bad so you can see well, even if I still don't really like what I did). So far, I'm planning to make 0 stuff like that in my next mod - maybe a darker screen so you see less, but nothing at the extent of what I did here ^^ I was disappointed in myself for not finding a better gimmick and I removed something like that in a later level too
