Mew is a mythical Pokémon. I think Mewtwo is a legendary since he’s a clone of Mew. I think in the original Pokémon movie: “Mewtwo Strikes Back” the researchers at the beginning of the movie refer to legend of Mew as a mythical Pokémon.
