Thank you! & for your question; every scene is from the show (and a clip from Supernatural for the car sex scene along with a clip of Dacre from the Power Rangers movie) and is set in the 80s. 1984 and 1985 to be exact. Steve just has that hairstyle lol. That outfit is from the Halloween party where he is dressed as Tom Cruise from Risky Business so it's not his usual fashion sense haha.
