One of those rarities in our lifetime that can sing from their soul. Anybody can be thought how to sing but few possess his ability. He a superstar like Frank Sinatra people who were just born with a good singing voice, like the Weeknd, Michael Jackson, usher, Justin Timberlake, Tory Lanez, Chris Brown these guys are truly artists and many more that I probably fail to mention but they all have that it factor and that it factor comes from the soul

This is as far from an average pop song as pop songs get in every possible way, it’s one of the few timeless songs of this generation…this is a fantastic vocal performance no doubt about it. Your point I’m sure would be totally valid if this weren’t literally the biggest song of all time. Exceptional cover of an exceptional song.

Whatever else came out of American Idol, the entire run of the show was justified by kickstarting Chris Daughtry's career. One of my fave songs, and he brings such a great feel to it. I agree with the other comments about a covers album - he does such an awesome job with his interpretations (anyone remember him doing 'Bring me to life' as part of his performance in 'The Passion of the Christ'?) it would be a more than worthwhile album.
