@kaylanisimplyme I will! I didn't really care for Fourth Wing in the end. I enjoyed the first 200 pages, though, so I said I'd give Iron Flame a chance. So far, so good. 👌🏾 Belladonna was one of my surprises of the year. I didn't expect to love it as much as I did. Foxglove was good. The jury is still out on Wisteria, tho.

Ohhhhhhh I love that I have influenced you to pick it up!!! Please know the first book is not the best in the series. I just lays the groundwork. If you don't love book 1 try book 2 before completely giving up! I'm so glad I didn't DNF the series after book 1 since its shaping up to be a new fav romantasy series for me! Also check those trigger warnings! I hope you love it!

What advice do you have for reading while working, being a wife and mom, while maintaining your space and food? I know everyone's lives are different. I'm impressed with 43 books in 2 months!

I would say my saving grace for fitting books in are audiobook! I'm blessed that I have the type of job where I can listen to books while I work so that does help me get my numbers down. I also listen to audiobooks whenever I am in the car (not with Orion because he talked too much lol) but when I am alone and I can listen to audios I try to prioritize that! As for balancing reading at home I just try to find time. Again like you said everyone's life is different but again I am super lucky that my son has a really strict bedtime schedule so after he goes to sleep I have about 3-4 free hours to get things done. Also my husband is super understanding about my goals for reading so I save 1-2 of those hours to pour in to my relationship and then 1-2 hours reading or editing or listening while I clean or do a fun hobby like diamond painting. With all of that to say finding time is hard and working it around kids and life is not always easy. Some day, weeks, months and harder than others. I would say just give yourself grace and fit it in where you have the time. Or carve out that time during a drive or while working if you can to get it more time to read. But really the hero of my story is AUDIOBOOKS! I would be nothing without them! I hope this helped!

Thats a great question! But no I don't count author standalones in my series list. Just more of a back of the mind thing that I like to accomplish when I have the chance. There is nothing better than completing a author's backlist!
