My message to one eyed person: we are pwd and not pwd at the same time...we are not pwd as per pwd rule...and we are pwd when we apply for job in defence ...so this us double standards we have to deal with...i got a PH certificate from civil hospital. .but my certificate got rejected when i applied for MBBS admission. ..so we are in the middle path...neither we are full pwd nor we are fully normal...this is the fact.
