How do you get them even? I use the honey comb but alway end up using smaller stones to fill in the gap
@TheGlitterGoddess

Faith Scratcher it was a skinny so there was very little taper to the cup. But I did run into a few rows where I just spaced them out a tad more to make up for not putting any filler stones and it isn't noticeable 😊

😢 I'm in the middle of making my 2nd cup and I noticed 1 stone that is not laying completely flat. If you're looking at it straight on you can't notice it. You only see it if you tilt the cup. My husband couldn't find it until I told him to tilt the cup. Have you ever had to remove a stone if so how do you do it.? I probably WON'T do it just want your thought on the whole matter.
@TheGlitterGoddess

Hm I can't say that I have had a problem like that yet, but you might be able to use a weeding tool or something to get under it to pop it up! If not just remember it's handmade so these will never be 100% "perfect" 💖

The crystals used in your tumbler toxic. I read they have lead. Thank You for your feedback. 🙂
@TheGlitterGoddess
@TheGlitterGoddess 4 жыл бұрын
Hi I'd love to know where you found that info. I've done my research and most glass stones contain .009% lead which is considered to be lead free. Most plumbing that tap water runs through has an average of .25% so compared to .009% is a big difference, plus you aren't consuming the crystals 😊

When you get done gluing them all do you need to seal them on with anything? I’d be worried they’d start coming off eventually. Especially if I’m going to sell them.
@TheGlitterGoddess
@TheGlitterGoddess 4 жыл бұрын
Eve Louise nope you don't seal them with anything. I haven't had mine that I made for myself for very long but I do use it almost every day and I'm pretty rough with it and so far so good. I have read a lot of people have had theirs for years. I think the key is just using the right glue 😊

The Glitter Goddess thank you so much for your reply! I was going to ask you i’ve seen people with paper templates that go inside plastic tumblers that have like a paint by number thing but for rhinestones do you know where to buy those?
@TheGlitterGoddess

@TheGlitterGoddess

Jasmine Bullard I don't use Venmo or any other payment app besides PayPal. I just like that is has seller and buyer protection if anything were to go wrong. As far as payment I require payment upfront for all my items I make.

@TheGlitterGoddess
@TheGlitterGoddess 3 жыл бұрын
I've done a bottle with a twist on lid, but it was a scattered one. If I ever have gaps on one I use smaller size stones to fill in the gap. But I like to use straight, no taper tumblers now so I don't have any gaps.
