Oils don't hydrate then only moisturize, meaning they build a wall, so the already existing moisture in your skin can't escape anymore, which doesn't really help if your hands are already supper dry. Get something hydrating, like a hand cream and put it around your cuticles. It usually contains Hyaluronic acid.
