Before Travis, they were sometimes as good as the caliber of the wonderful Green Day, Sum 41, Good Charlotte. Thanks to Travis, most of their music surpassed the rest. Dude Ranch for example is amazing! But it's not as intelligent or romantic or deep or skilled or rhythmic or unique or layered or catchy as their self-titled album.
