So as long as the blink camera is connected to wifi in my home. I can access live view and video from my phone and my phone not on WiFi? Kinda scrambled and unclear. Thanks. Nice video

Yes. If your Blink camera is connected to your home’s Wi-Fi, and you have a smartphone that’s connected to the internet (via cellular or Wi-Fi), then you can access live view from your phone after downloading the Blink app. Keep in mind, if you want the Blink camera to save video that it records, you’ll need the monthly subscription plan. Otherwise, you can still access live view for free.

My blink mini camera doesn't notify me when it's unplugged only after its unplugged 30min but some one can unplugged of one or 6 minutes and plug back in and I won't know.

And you need to buy the WIFI module too... and a USB stick if you don't pay for the plan. I have two of these and use them outside in dry locations with no problems, even in the cold weather.

The bright blue light can be turned off. But the camera does make a ‘click’ sound when you start watching through live view, and it makes the sound again when you stop watching through live view. The ‘click’ might disturb some babies.
