Blinken is not a failure. He succeeded in what he wanted to achieve. As an Israeli dual citizen and a Ukrainian Jew, he wanted to get the US taxpayer to fund his fellow Jews and war criminals, Netanyahu and Zelensky, in their war crimes involving repeated barbaric attacks against civilians. (Ukraine started the conflict with Russia by breaching the 2014 Minsk Agreement and killing Russian civilians.)

When it comes to Israel, the US position of seeing no evil, hearing no evil and speaking no evil is not tenable.
