1. make a noob rig and put a face on it 2. get closed eyes and put on top layer 3. get the same yellow part you used for the head and put it on layer before the closed eyes 4. go to animation and line up the closed eyes and that one yellow part over the eyes and use the back in effect 5. move the eyes down still in the animation and use the default one 6. make a new frame and animate the same thing but in reverse meaning move the lined up closed eyes and yellow part back up and use the back out effect 7. move the eyes a little up in the animation if you want
