Thanks for this. Night 2, I slept for 5 hours without waking up. It's 5AM, I'm hoping too fall asleep again and sleep until the recording ends. I'm doing the 21 day challenge and will report my improvements from time to time. Hugs and cheek kisses.❤

I had a terrible nightmare while listening to this for the first time... I was having a depressive episode all throughout the dream, and reliving experiences that really hurt me. I woke up feeling just like I was in the dream, but I'll keep trying since it made such an impact on me. I think I still need to deal with a lot of these things. Hopefully this will help me heal!
