Why is Blitzkrieg not better known? With a song like that (among other things), this band should be one of the stars of heavy metal.

They did a demo and then their first actual album didn’t come out until 1985. They probably would’ve gotten bigger if they released it like 5 years earlier.

Buried Alive version at 3:43 sounds the best. Love the raw sound. Also, it has the most natural tempo? All the other versions are too fast to the point where the vocals sound too rushed. A lot of metal should be really fast, just not this song

That high note before the solo is ridiculous. And don’t get me started on the “feel the fear within your soul” in A time of changes. It’s super corny. I love the buried alive version and most of them are at least ok. The 30th year anniversary version is so fucking loud with the bass(?) and drums it sounds like an earthquake with a guitar and drums put over it. Edit: HOW DID I MISS THE TEN YEARS OF BLITZKRIEG VERSION IT’S AWESOME
