you should really get into the logic stuff because it can make your machines much more automated, you can also buy a logic smeter and smelt the recources into bars before transporting them to the final smelter, that way you don't have to have like 4000 resources on a belt

Mods make everything better Blitz! And I love that you're a KZbinr low quality or not you make my life better & I play a lot of games I wouldn't have before you or... well there's a short list you're on of content creators that if you guys hadn't introduced me to I wouldn't play so there's that!

Use the resource teleporter mod, it's such a QOL increase and allowed me to run many more machines. For example, I was running 20 machines and once the resources finally made it to the processing area, I had well over 1000 items on screen including dirt chunks machines, pipes, and conveyors. It would kill my machine, which isn't terrible but not the best, down to sub 10FPS. Adding in the teleport mod allowed me to triple my machines and the processing area is so much shorter that I rarely go under 30FPS now. For context on a new game with no factory built, the game is over 200FPS for me.

I think mods are perfectly fine - Cade uses some mods such as more pickaxes, and bundles, and I would personally suggest a mod that groups the same ore into one to make the game less laggy.

Using quality of life mods is perfectly fine, but it should be noted that there also some basic quality of life improvements that you could be using in the base game, for example but not limited to: - use pallets and place them onto the buying area, place the products on there and after paying just pick up the pallet with all the stuff on top and load it into your vehicle. This also works in the forge, btw. Place a pallet onto the giant anvil, pull the lever as often as you want and each drill will be placed onto the same pallet, which at the end you can simply pick up. - even better than pallets, especially for buying pipes: roll your cart directly in front of the product you want to buy (again, works best with pipes/other small items), place yourself on top, towards the end of the cart facing the product and line yourself up, so that you can pick up and drop the product in such a way that it falls directly in your cart without moving after falling in the cart. If you do this correctly, you can basically place stuff in there as fast as you can press E. After that just roll the cart to the buying area (be careful that the back of your cart doesn't reach outside the store!) and pay. Then simply jump onto back of your vehicle with the cart and drive off. Be careful not to overload the cart, though. Pretty sure this alone could've saved you 90% of the time it took you to set up your build ;) - when the game starts lagging in the extreme way it does in this video it has nothing to do with the settings, it means that something got stuck and the only way to resolve it is to remove all dirt and/or raw resources. Obviously the game does get laggy the more you build, but not like this with the amount of drills you had here. Maybe buy some more centralizers and make sure there's nothing obstructing the exit of the drills. My guess is that there were some flakes of dirt hovering in front of a couple of drills, which completely blocked them up. This'll quickly lead to type of lag we saw here.

You can use logic to remotely shut off the water. I have 4 switches and 1 button next to each other. 1 for the belts, 1 for the drills, 1 for the universal destroyer, 1 for auto expel the bars from the smelters and the button for the gem presses. You can also use logic to auto-repair your filters.

Get the Steam workshop mods. One is bulkbuy crates where you can buy a bunch of an item at a time. There’s also storage crates for storing loose items.

i recommend to use these mods in the list 1. Build anywhere mod 2. Fly Mod 3. Bulk buy crates to store things in a box even not buyed object to get lots at once 4. an auto clicker for the mod on the top so you can get them a lot at once 5. Upgrade your pixaxe mod so you can destroy an intire plot if you really are crazy to get the 1 million scrap needed and i recommend using the box thing in 3rd mod recommendation but i recommend the cloudium pixaxe its like a nuke that you can spam a lot but a onix might be more stronger than a nuke 6. not recommended because 666 gambling mod i just wanna see 8.1 million $ down the drain the fly mod is needed to be paired with the cart so you can really travel around better and always keep your money with you

yo blitz you should get the mod for your pickaxe. it adds a tool for your pickaxe and you can upgrade the pickaxe to different stages with other ores. it will help you =)

Just a thought but maybe you should have a t pipe so you can have 1 set of pipes to power the drills and another to power the conveyors. That way in the case of lag you can remove 1 pipe and halt the drills and let the resources be brought in and processed

Get one of the crate mods, then you buy a crate, then buy an item, then put it in the crate, then fill the crate with the amount of the item you want, pay then put it in the truck or cart and you have 10 to 150 or more in the one crate It is very handy The T port mod is great it saves travel time Mods help this game a lot

Ps it is long list and yes if you can find mods that do this here’s a list .There should be a mod where you can combine a bunch of drills to make an ultra powerful one and just have a lot of money that way and there should be a model where are two-sided sorters, A never going to break filter mod, you can combine pressure tanks to make a really powerful one A faster conveyor belt and a 2,3,4 block conveyor belts,packs and bigger nukes stronger nukes and better pipes and a bike and better repair tools like packs of 10,20,50 and 100 and easy repairs and can I show you the water pressure and
