Base Tips: 1, hold ctrl while placing stuffs to align them to nearby objects center point. 2, use pillar to align between 2 walls. 3, hold alt when building roof or stairs to change placement mode. 4, press right click instead of left click to keep placing the same structure. 5, in building structure mode, press 4 to replace material or type so you don't have to destroy and selecting all over again. 6, unlock all "other" speed improvement structure to significantly boost base working efficiency. 7, build "accumulator" to help maintain constant electricity while the electric pal are resting or sleeping. 8, build pal pod instead of large pal bed for the best space, SAN, and healing/reviving pal. 9, place pillar as a marker when trying to aim outer boundary when placing pal box. you can see it highlighting blue when it hits the edges.

Placing a pillar to mark where you want the perimeter to be is so much better than what I've been doing. I've been putting a Palbox where I wanted the perimeter to be, running over to where the marker is at where I want the middle of the base, opening the map to remotely destroy the Palbox, then placing the foundation the Palbox will go on where the perimeter line was.

Hey Blitz, you only need one of the enhancers(toolbox, pylon, etc) per base. You can add more but it wouldn’t do anything. Also for the research, in the mining tab, there’s crude oil speed up, which is amazing. Keep up the great work ❤

With bases towards the water its usually good to put walls to prevent pals and resources from falling into the water. If you're playing through nights you'll need dark-type or nocturnal skill pals to keep the power going through the night, which is key to keeping the oil flowing. Also: Kikits and Sootseers drop oil when you defeat or butcher them. If you breed up tons of sootseers you could get more oil, and some medium souls after a bit of chop-chop.

@@michaelsorensen7567 They can but that depends on how many banks, generators, and electric pals there are. With bases needing more pals in other areas, might need more juice per squeeze. Blitz does seem to have a good amount of electric pals and banks, and delegates tasks to keep pals on track, but if he upscales the base for more things it could be a problem.

Blitz when you breed the new Anubis, don’t forget about the large egg incubator, it works really well trust me, and you can see all the passive traits at once

You should add a few Dumud to the ranch. They will passively collect High Quality Pal Oil while they ranch. A few other useful ranch pals to look out for: 1. Beegarde: Honey (used for Cake) 2. Sootseer: Bones (used for Cement) 3. Kelpsea: Pal Fluid (used for Cement) 4. Kelpsea Ignis: Flame Organs (if you don't want to buy them) 5. Sibelyx: High Quality Cloth (for building more large beds)

Couple of tips I'm seeing, as you build your six-oil base: -Hold Ctrl while building things to enter Align mode. This lets you build thing exactly parallel / perpendicular. There are actually some cool things you can do with benches and stools to build all your plantations in an almost-vertical stack, which saves a bunch of space. -Every rank of a work skill is worth about 2-3x work speed (varies by skill). This means a rank-4 pal is worth 2-3 rank-3's, and a rank-3 with Musclehead (like Rizzbolt) is worth only a little / no more than a rank-2. -Pals will work-in-place on electricity generating if they can't reach the generator. This means you can place your generator wherever you like, no need to make it reachable. -Placing your accumulators next to the ocean isn't recommended, as it can damage the batteries. (This one is a joke, if it wasn't clear) -I don't think there's any point in making large pal beds. Fluffy beds seem to work just fine. -The Electric Pylon (boosts electric work speed) is at level 48, after the research. -It IS possible to build a viewing cage on a 2x2 platform, though it hangs off the edge a bit. Build an extra ring of platforms around the 2x2 (in a different material so you can see the edges better), plus one more platform to stand on while building, then delete the extra platforms once the cage is placed.

FYI Blitz there’s also a new pal metal pickaxe that’s really good at mining hexolite. Also I would highly suggest going down the mining research tree because at the very bottom you can get 10% more rewards from pal dungeon expeditions and it’ll take 10% less time as well… And there are buildings in the tech tree that make electricity generation, watering, kindling, etc. more efficient but now you have to research them first to unlock them. And one more thing, in my experience using a bunch of Helzephyr Lux to power your crude oil extractors is best because since they are of the dark element, they don’t need to sleep…

tip...use Monitoring Stand..you can set works to work (you can set them to a breeder and they will run there on there own no more carrying them lol) and with the stand you can see how many pals can work on the thing at 1 time.

not sure if anyone has said it yet, but for building in water , use the pillars and ceilings, they replace the need for Foundations, i built my self a bad ass lake house doing it with pillars right into the water clipping them off the ceiling corners

If you put a wall up, and hold the auto alignment button on your screen, you can make everything nice and straight, I tore down my base and did it all over now I have so much space, also handiworking pals like anubis work on the side that doesn't have the arms on the conveyor belt.

Jacking up an electricity generating pal's work speed makes all the difference. People are now using pals with the nocturnal trait since oil rigs only need electrcity to run and having them run day and night is optimal. Also, Prunelia is the new hotness on farming for naturally being nocturnal and her base passive.

A bit of a tip when building your base, you can put your foundations down before the palbox. That way you can build it on the fountains or even raised up a floor or two.

Electric Organs and Ice Organs are gonna be needed a lot, I bred up 5 merchant pals for that, in my case, Chillets. And I made sure that they all have at Both Noble as well as Fine Furs as passive skills to lower the price for me so I could do more research or build stuff. I got millions of coins, but even I got worried when I saw how many organs I needed for what I wanted, and then did the math and saw how much it would cost. ^^"

rather than jumping and grapple, a trick i saw in another video was to just aim at the ground at the biggest distance, and go straight into glider when you have good speed. i use it to get around my base all the time

I had to make 2 pal boxes to accommodate my base. A third far away collecting oil. having a base that's actually a typical base has been very nice. Kept being forced to build upwards and my bases just ended up being a maze. Now I have 31 pals working surprisingly more efficient. Just grab my farm and mine materials at the other base and do everything else at the main one. I'll need to make a base for hexalite still. Only 130 hours in

A single Maxed 4★ Orzerk or Azurmane with +20 souls poured into Workspeed & the following traits can maintain the 6 oil extractor location entirely on its own if its eating +30% work speed food (Pizza, Salad or Minestrone.) - Remarkable Craftsmanship - Artisan - Work Slave - Nocturnal or Vampiric You might even be able to swap that nocturnal/vampiric trait out with Serious if you build enough accumulators to last through the night, but I haven't gotten around to trying that due to other breed projects being in the way so I skipped it for now. I am however hoping for a Electrical generation manual so that I can do a Helzephr Lux with those traits.

Placing down like 10-20 batteries (accumulators) is super useful when you need tons of electricity for just a few minutes

I still struggling to get 2 rigs on one lot lol but ive put my time into breading nocturnals. From power, fire, water to miners and trees. Even my farmers are nocturnal, chickens and cows. And lots of 5 stars. Its a bunch of work but worth it in the long run

Just wanted to say that I have seen someone else who don't use the paragliding/ grappling gun for the extra movement instead they are using the bird/hawk and it seems like it is a bit faster than the glider.. Don't know what to do to get it though... But just wanted give you a tip, and to other people who didn't know about it 👍

dont remember the name of the skill but there is a rainbow pal skill that can increase work speed by 75% while watching one of Cade's Pal World videos he came acrossed the skill ill have to rewatch his vid so i can give you exact name of the skill just some food for thought if wanna make an even faster working Anubis. Im not gonna sugarcoat it, thats not a place I would build a base. For Oil, after research, only one base is needed with 3 nodes. West of the Volcano. -854, -453 For Hexolite Quartz, one base, 3 nodes. (And an NPC for some reason.) Southern area of the red zone. -1057, -1424 I made the oil area covered with platforms and stairs on both sides and then placed down a bunch of mining stations, so that's my mining area now that passively give me a lot of oil after maxing out my Kindle research, there is also two meteor landing spots nearby for supplies or meteor fragments. And as an added bonus, Jetragon is nearby, making it a short trip to farm for the Legendary Rocket Launcher Shematic, or the Sulphur node area that is a bit to the east of this location. . And a quick side-note, you really don't need 6 oil rigs in one base, that's a nice flex of course, but the amount of electric pals you're gonna need, and that the oil ain't as attractive anymore since all of the end game stuff needs Hexolite now.. Yeah, nice flex, but you're losing out by being greedy. Especially since you haven't bred a proper electric base-pal yet. (Nocturnal + 3 maxed workspace passives, and condensed to max for the extra electric generating perk) As for the Quartz base, I just put the base down near the road as close as I could to barely include the nodes, built walls around the perimeter to keep stray pals out of it, then I put down ranches for my production income as well as an extra Pal Expedition Station. What you can do up here is to farm the nearby base for enemies to level up your lower pals, and there is also a dungeon east south-east of the location that you can literally glide towards as long as you watch your stamina. And the view is great in those two locations, you will get the red colors of the forest as well as a light blue scenery of the ocean view from the volcano. To be honest I wasn't that thrilled at your new base location thanks to the sad scenery and that most of it was covered in shade, and there is also almost nothing to do down at that beach, you will always have to fly up high to get anywhere from that location since the new island is all about high altitudes, and that oil rig, that's a real hard one compared to the old one, and you still need to fly up high enough to survive the trip.
