How I Quickly Level Up in Spider-Man 2 & Gain Ultimate Levels

I got myself lodged into a crane on top of the tower where you fight fin. Spider-Man gets stuck in falling animation which means you can continuously do the web tricks over and over again and you get 400 XP every four to five seconds. Set trick to manual toggle, then press x every 4 to 5 seconds to reset the EXP timer

You need to line yourself up with the crane and press l2 and r2 to zip to it. When you jump off hold back to start doing a backflip which will invertently launch you straight up into the crane. It may take a few times to get yourself lodged into it but when you're lodged inside of the crane you'll be stuck in falling animation. Keep pressing x every 4 to 5 seconds when you get yourself doing tricks and you have infinite exp glitch lol

Spider dash, then spider jump gets you more height because the momentum from the dash carries into the jump. Doing dash after the jump cuts the jump off from reaching its maximum height.

I had so much banked xp from free roaming in my original save, that when i started a new game+ i already had unlocked all ultimate levels and suits right away

It’s such a bummer that symbiote takedown animations are gone in NG+. They look really badass. We need to see them again in NG+

I see alot of people talking about this but like..there sre only one or 2 actual animation finishers that are symbiote related to begin with, while everything else is an auto take down is surge. To me personally,those 2 animations aren't good enough to constantly asked for them to be re added(though on the other side why they were removed in the first place is kinda confusing)

@SavyGaming905 When i first saw them they eere cool but afterwards its basically the dame stuff as the auto takedowns in surge. Its either a tendril grab and punch or a tendril grab and slam. If the animations were more unique or intricate compared to surge finishers i would understand but they really aren't. And as mentioned previously there are only 2, 1 of which you couldn't even see the impact of due to camera placement. maybe if there were more that were actually unique i'd be more adamant about getting them back.

Yes you finally took my advice lol. 2 things to note though is it works better with Peter rather than miles, don’t ask me why that’s the case it’s just slower and not as good with miles. And two is that it’s smoother if you hold square and just spam tap triangle while doing forward tricks

I started at level 3 ultimate just by 100% ng+ I got to ultimate 9

What i do is rebind square to r2 and assign the ability to the d-pad shortcuts..after that jump, hold r2 and spam triangle(it counts as an air trick) and press the d-pad to regain height..

I'm not sure I can help I'm on my second ng+ and I don't remember how far I got to but you can get about 4 or 5 ultimate levels after a single play through that's assuming you started a ng+ at 60. Rather than starting a 3rd or 4th I'm going to wait for the dlc to come out and just finish grinding ultimate levels that way .

Personally people should just play the game I'm on my second new game plus and I'm at ultimate level 6 so it's roughly 5 levels on each play through. I completed the main game once and new game plus once but at least if people just do a couple new game pluses they would get tokens as they leveled up which honestly the tokens are harder to get cause you don't get nearly enough in a single play through.

I need an advice. I started my current ng+ at level 40 or 41 I think and I was trying to finish many side quests (there are still many side quests for me to do) along with the story to get as many ultimate levels as possible because I just wanted to try the ng+ the first time I saw it as soon as possible. I’m currently maxed out at level 60 and as soon as I saw that I got 3000 xp from 3 hunter blinds and still didn’t get that much xp for ultimate level 1, I was shocked and hopeless. Like the level bar just told me I was literally 1/6 or 1/7 of the way to my first ultimate level. I’m still in that MJ mission where she was trying to find Peter when he was raging around and killing many hunters with the symbiote after he returned from the Lizard fight (so I’m nearly half of my way into the ng+ story). What do I do to get at least even 1 ultimate level or all of them? Cuz I’m not even sure at this point that grinding the story and the side quests again will help me to reach level 9.
