not sure about this since u use Elemental dominance which doesnt effect glacial ice spike dmg

How do you find ice spike sorc does in duels? I'm struggling a lot for wins. The damage just comes on so slowly and aiming is a challenge, especially compared with ball lightning sorc who just has to literally stand beside me to kill me. PVP with this, I find, is not for the faint of heart.

Elemental dominance is a waste spikes arent a skill and blizzard doesnt do much dmg
