Sorted comments by newest first. The newest before this was 2 years ago? Time for a new comment. I like the sound your Cat makes and the articulation/performance of the MetalPless. My favorite part of the video is the, what's in the cab? 5:17 to 10+. I LOL at the bag of snacks. Tasty stuff. A warning to you. That tasty stuff will make your belly get bigger stretching the skin, (which will never shrink back to flat), and gain body weight. It did mine. I lost the weight but the stretched belly is still there.

I plow snow for a living as well. Love seeing your videos. Don't stop making them. I hope you have more footage of that storm that you can post. I mean I chuckled at your snacks because I think we all bring the same junk with us plowing, but I love videos of the action and machine.

Rain-X helped my windshield on my car. The snow beads off when it hits the hot windshield and it made the noise go away. tonight is my first snow event in a bobcat skid steer and a John deere loader. I have plenty of machine experience but never pushed snow. I pushed snow on a four wheeler before but not big machines. do you have any tips that could help me be successful tonight?

Would you recommend a career as an heavy equipment operator as a Job for someone who likes hands on or just a fan or big ass trucks and loader etc. I’m considering it myself and was wondering if people enjoy it and what they like about it.

Hey buddy! Super nice quality with your new camera! By the way, you mentionned that you like to keep your loader clean, you should try to clean your floor and work in socks. It is great during winter because you don’t get your feet wet by getting in and out of the loader and having snow melting all over the place. I use a car mat to put my boots so the floor doesn’t get all wet. Let me know if you try this! Keep up the good work, nice to hear you talk about your tools

Ok, here are some questions: Do you leave your Cat at this job site and just drive to the site with your vehicle? Do you have multiple contracts in the same area making it easy to get from one to the next without requiring a truck & trailer? Any contracts where you need to distance haul? If so, I would like to see the load and unload. How do you get your fuel every day - does someone fuel truck service bring it to the site? (Answered in other video - How do you do the corners, tight spots, and sidewalks? Another guy comes over to do this part.) (Answered in other video - Do you have other equipment with you for that and for salting? Another guy comes over.)

Very nice video as always Tom. Always enjoy your videos no matter plowing or not. Random but don’t they call the storm you guys are getting a nor’easter? In any event keep the snow up there and away from southern Indiana.

I live in the deep south but even here we had snow and it is still around. I was wondering why you are plowing a parking lot during the storm? To me it seems like it would be better to do it after the storm so you are not fighting a loosing battle. I know here the state was plowing roads and there was no other plowing going on. I am sure that is because no one owns plows. The state had to get plows from other areas to come help. We got 5.3 inches of snow. I think they said that was the 3rd largest in history or somewhere around there.
@andrewstratton70957 жыл бұрын
lidsman22 we plow with the storm because people still go to work and they would be stuck when they go to leave if the lot isn't plowed. It's also a liability thing and its easier on equipment to plow with the storm. Pushing 12 plus inches at once is hard on equipment no matter the size
@lidsman22217 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the info. No one works here. Everything is shut down if we get snow.

I can't believe you got everything in that bag but is my go-to snacks and you're right Fritos you could eat a half a bag half a large bag and then you feel sick to your stomach because whatever is in them is making you sick plus of all the corn chips that are embedded in your teeth. Don't like the pretzels with peanut butter you should get peanut brittle or the candy bar with the peanuts and the nougat payday large payday bars highly addictive can eat five of them in an 8 hour.... What I wanted to spell. It doesn't when I don't want it to spell. And just make a. It says some word like serious or something else. Anyhow I'm in a nursing home rehabilitating from a car accident 10 years ago I am constantly being violently injured by staff members. It's extremely aggravating and torture do not allow your loved ones to be put in a nursing home people that work there or complete scumbags not all of them but the majority do not understand or speak English enough to understand them. But watching these videos gives me pleasure because I did all of this in one form of the or another all of it is second nature I can do it blindfolded not trying to be conceited . I just love everything involving backhoes bulldozers chainsaws floating rocks floating crushed stone. the coolest thing I've seen you do is dig out around solid Mountain rock digging out all the loose Rock and uncovering what's left. Wish you would clean it out better turn it into some sort of unique swimming pool for the Gladiators make it heated regardless of how much water you lose purchase that rubberized paint. Purchase the Steal sleeve that goes into a tree it's like a solid circular pipe the tree grows around it and you can mount beams to it make a walkway going around the mountain about 30 feet from the ground all around the property. put three of them 1/3 each around the circumference of the tree Mount Wood around and anchor it to each of the cylinder shafts. That will be the base for either the top or the bottom now the woods all the way around the tree leaving a half inch or an inch between the wood and the tree all the way around and then go out take an angle and then make a bass and connect them so you have an area to sit with a roof over head . I really fucked up could have had everything that you're doing really totally fucked up so badly it is hard to put into words being forced to witness your screw up 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year probably the biggest punishment possible. Except what it does to my daughter if I were dead I wouldn't be around to witness what that does to her although that would be worse than everything else not for me but for her. But all of these videos are absolutely the bomb they are absolutely the coolest to watch I even have to go Pros can't figure out how to use them would love it for somebody to show me but

I’d love to plow like that, I do some plowing at work but I’m the mechanic so I’m usually fixing plows then using them. But our winters lately haven’t been hardly anything. There was a couple adds for some contract plowers and they had wheel loaders and backhoes that I could totally stay up all night to do.
