Let's see if today's people can withstand it. I'm from ft Wayne Indiana I know personally about the Blizzard of '78 my daughter decided she was coming into the world that day. So much snow couldn't get out of the house car was buried in snow took me out of the upstairs bedroom window by snowmobile to the main street had a huge plow truck in front of the ambulance 🚑 I had to ride in took 3 hours yes I was terrified I would deliver my baby in the EMS got to the hospital and she arrived 45 minutes later ❤. The reason I moved from Milwaukee to California 😉👍 Remember drifts folding over our 1 story home...!!! Tunneling out of our front door...hearing another neighbor having a heart attack from shoveling snow.🤔 So envious of a neighbor that installed a heated horseshoe driveway 😂

Possible blizzard type of conditions for both chicagoland & milwaukee, gonna be a lot of freight not moving with these conditions. As well it should; park it, keep the food/water/safety kits/emergency supplies in your vehicle just in case you get stranded & stay safe & warm!! I've driven at night when it's snowing; it can mess your eyes up!! It feels like you're driving in a non stop tunnel after awhile, IT'S NOT FUN AT ALL!! Remember folks; when it gets this bad even the emergency personel don't like being out in these tyoe if conditions!! Again; PARK IT AND STAY SAFE & WARM FOLKS!!
