I think the only reason top players don't main junkrat is because he's not as fun as the sniper 1 hit kill characters, of course he's not as strong as sojourn but there's no doubt in my mind that that at least 5 out of the top 10 can be junkrats if they wanted to.

there’s a bug when for widow and Ashe shoot sleeping targets they can’t get crit shots at certain angles, you’ll see the same thing when you high noon sleeping targets in front of you too sometimes it won’t lock
