“The fairest one shot” is by far rien pin. Hogs hook can and does hook you from behind cover if your hitbox is even slightly too close to the edge, whereas rein pins hitbox is terrible and actually has risk to it

And it doesn't even one shot many of the characters all other one-shots do. Man, Rein's charge hitbox is frustratingly wonky to boot. Will I suck the enemy from 3 meters away, throw them all the way to Ilios or just straight up go through them from pixel perfect hit? Let's cast a 7 sided die to find out!

Honestly, the one shot doesn't bother me, if you get that close to that big boi you should die. The problem is that hook is almost always a GUARANTEED one shot, If hook was like a whip that could do long range damage, or even if when you hooked someone it didn't pull them directly next to Hog, maybe like Junker Queens knife it just kind of pulls you towards Hog, It would be more fair in my opinion.

I agree that the hook is buggy. But hog's hook can be blocked by bubble, shield, deflect, mei wall, sleep dart, nano, matrix ,suzu etc On the other hand, widow sniping is so op. She can one shot heads giving enemies zero time to react
